Chocolate Ganache Ice Cream
INGREDIENTS:
6 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
4 large egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Place the chopped chocolate in a large heatproof bowl. Set aside.
